(1) In case of auctioning of controlled goods deemed as junk, after clearance from the authorized department on the recommendation of the committee, the department, gan, gulam formation or depot shall disclose the following matters in the place where there is a local newspaper. Even in newspapers and in places where there are no newspapers, notices should be posted in the district administration office, goods depot, customs depot or nearby government depot and village development committee or municipality where everyone can see.

(a) Description of controlled goods, > (b) Location of amplification,
(c) Date of Auction,
(d) Other essential matters.

(2) When conducting an auction in accordance with sub-rule (1), the auction should be conducted with the witness of the nearest government headquarters or village development committee or municipality.
(3) According to sub-rule (1), if the auction cannot be held while publicizing the notice, the notice must be publicized again.
(4) If the auction fails to take place despite re-publication of sub-rule (3) or if a fair price is not obtained when the auction is extended, the auction shall be stopped and the relevant auctioneer shall submit it to the authorized department for disposal and shall dispose of it as it is. >
